Norwest Manufacturing Equipment, LLC Return Policy

Norwest Manufacturing Equipment, LLC will allow returns within the first 30 days of your purchase without assessing a restock fee.   If the return is after 30 days of purchase a restock fee of up to 30% will be assessed.   Returns will not be accepted if the item(s) were purchased more than 24 months from the current date.

The following requirements must be met to return product:

• Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.
• A copy of the invoice showing proof of purchase will need to accompany the items back.

Shipping costs or delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Only regularly priced items will be accepted for return. We will not accept items that were purchased on sale, custom made or discontinued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received the item(s) and if your return is approved.  If your return is approved the credit will be processed within 30 days.
